The Research is to answer the question: How is the prioritization of the strategic programming hindrances in the religious bodies? Thus, after recognizing the strategic programming hindrances, the questionnaire of the hindrances paired comparison was formulated which was divided between the experts and authorities. The analysis of the data displayed that the hindrances are the style of management, leadership, organizational culture, individual needs and values, cultural-economical environment, mission and strategy, the climate of the business unit, social environment, individual roles and activities, and the rules, respectively. Finally, some suggestions were made to resolve the hindrances based on the ranks of the prioritized hindrances.
