تبیین و تحلیل مفاهیم مدیریتی در ادعیه قرآن کریم با تأکید بر کاربردهای سازمانی

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش تحلیل محتوایی دعاهای قرآن کریم برای شناسایی مفاهیم راهبردی در مدیریت سازمان‌ها مبتنی بر آموزه‌های دینی است. این مطالعه از نظر ماهیت کیفی و از منظر هدف کاربردی بوده و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون به بررسی دعاهای قرآنی و شناسایی مفاهیم مدیریتی نهفته در آن‌ها پرداخته است. یافته‌ها نشان داد دعاهای قرآن کریم مفاهیم راهبردی ارزشمندی در حوزه‌های مختلف سازمانی دارند. در مدیریت منابع انسانی، بر حفظ و تقویت انگیزه‌های مادی و معنوی، جانشین‌پروری، ارتقای مهارت‌ها، شایسته‌سالاری، عدالت سازمانی، شفاف‌سازی وظایف و تناسب شغلی با توانایی‌ها و تسهیل موفقیت شغلی تأکید می‌شود. در مدیریت رفتار سازمانی، تعامل سازنده، اعتماد متقابل، مسئولیت‌پذیری، تقابل با افراط و مدیریت احساسات مطرح است. در مدیریت استراتژیک، تأمین امنیت، کاهش ریسک، تصمیم‌گیری پایدار و تدوین استراتژی اهمیت دارد. در مدیریت عملکرد و کیفیت، بهبود مستمر، یادگیری سازمانی و اجرای کامل فرآیندها مورد توجه است. در مدیریت فرهنگ سازمانی، باور به ارزش‌ها، پیوند عاطفی به سازمان، تحول‌خواهی، اصلاح‌گری و حفظ سرمایه اجتماعی برجسته است. در مدیریت بحران، مدیریت فضای روانی، بازسازی، بازآفرینی، تقویت انگیزه و اقدام سریع و قاطع مطرح است. در رهبری سازمانی نیز انسان‌مداری، اعتمادسازی، معنویت، پایداری و نگاه رشدگرا و جمع‌نگر مهم می‌باشد. نتیجه پژوهش نشان داد که دعاهای قرآن کریم می‌توانند به‌عنوان اصول مدیریتی مؤثر برای ارتقای عملکرد و حل چالش‌های سازمانی در چارچوب مدیریت اسلامی به‌کار گرفته شوند.

Explanation and Analysis of Managerial Concepts in the Prayers of the Holy Qur’an with Emphasis on Organizational Applications

چکیده English

The purpose of this research is to conduct a content analysis of the prayers in the Holy Qur’an to identify strategic concepts in organizational management based on religious teachings. This study is qualitative in nature and applied in purpose, utilizing the thematic analysis method to examine Qur’anic prayers and uncover the embedded managerial concepts. The findings revealed that the prayers of the Holy Qur’an contain valuable strategic concepts across various organizational domains.In human resource management, emphasis is placed on maintaining and enhancing material and spiritual motivation, succession planning, skill development, meritocracy, organizational justice, task clarity, job-skill alignment, and facilitating career success. In organizational behavior management, constructive interaction, mutual trust, accountability, moderation, and emotional regulation are highlighted. In strategic management, ensuring security, risk mitigation, sustainable decision-making, and strategy formulation are of importance. In performance and quality management, continuous improvement, organizational learning, and thorough implementation of processes are emphasized.In organizational culture management, belief in core values, emotional attachment to the organization, pursuit of transformation, reform-mindedness, and preservation of social capital are notable. In crisis management, psychological climate management, reconstruction, revitalization, motivation reinforcement, and swift and decisive action are addressed. In organizational leadership, human-centeredness, trust-building, spirituality, sustainability, and a growth-oriented and collective mindset are considered essential.The results of the study indicate that the prayers of the Holy Qur’an can be employed as effective managerial principles for enhancing performance and addressing organizational challenges within the framework of Islamic management.
