تبیین ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های نقش‌ سازمان بسیج ادارات در راستای تحقق دولت اسلامی

چکیده

مقام معظم رهبری (مد ظله العالی) ضمن طرح مراحل سیر تکوینی انقلاب اسلامی که شامل انقلاب اسلامی، نظام اسلامی، دولت اسلامی، کشور اسلامی و تمدن اسلامی می‌باشد، به نقش حساس مسئولین درراستای تحقق دولت اسلامی تأکیددارند، لذا یکی از اقشاری که می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در این خصوص داشته باشد، بسیج ادارات است؛ این تحقیق از نوع بنیادی، باهدف تبیین ابعاد و مؤلفه های نقش مدیران بسیج ادارات در راستای تحقق دولت اسلامی بر اساس منویات مقام معظم رهبری با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا به‌صورت میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است.نمونه آماری این پژوهش20 نفر از مدیران و خبرگان سازمان بسیج ادارات می باشدکه با مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته به روش گلوله برفی کدهای مربوطه احصاء و مورد تحلیل قرارگرفت که نتایج بدست آمده، تعیین نقش های سازمان بسیج ادارات در هفت مولفه اعتقادی، خدمت گرایی، عدالت ، اقتصادی ، قانون‌گرایی، کادر سازی و درون‌زایی حکمرانان می باشد.

چکیده [English]

The Supreme Leader (Madh Zaleh Al-Ali) while planning the stages of the formation of the Islamic Revolution, which includes the Islamic Revolution, the Islamic system, the Islamic State, the Islamic State and the Islamic Civilization, emphasizes the important role of the officials in the realization of the Islamic State, therefore, one of the strata that can play a role To be effective in this regard is the mobilization of departments; This research is of a fundamental type, with the aim of explaining the dimensions and components of the role of the managers of Basij administrations in order to realize the Islamic state based on the Supreme Leader's list, using the field and library content analysis method. The statistical sample of this research is 20 managers and experts. The Basij Departments Organization is a semi-structured interview using the snowball method, and the relevant codes were analyzed and the results obtained determined the roles of the Departments Basij Organization in seven components of faith, service, justice, economic, legalism, staffing, and endogeneity. It is the rulers.
