Jihadi management is derived from the model of Islamic management and is accompanied by the spirit of jihad, which plays a key and vital role in the second step of the revolution and in the current critical situation. The purpose of this study was to develop a jihadi management model in companies affiliated to the Ministry of Energy. This research is qualitative and quantitative in terms of research method. In the qualitative section, with the technique of systematic literature review, 190 indicators were extracted from theoretical foundations and reduced to 32 indicators by a questionnaire based on the Looshe and Likert spectrum and during the Delphi stages, which were divided into main structural, behavioral and contextual dimensions. An initial conceptual model was extracted by surveying experts. The validity and screening of the indicators has been performed by organizational experts, including 25 experts from companies affiliated to the Ministry of Energy with a master's degree or higher and with more than twenty years of work experience. In the quantitative part, using exploratory factor analysis and Spss software, the indicators were divided into categories as components and these components were named according to the factor load of the following indicators as well as theoretical foundations. After confirming the model in the community of experts with Smart Pls software, the model test in the statistical community with a sample size of 323 people who were selected using the Cochran's formula was performed using Lisrel software and the final model with 3 dimensions and 10 components. And 27 indicators confirmed that the structural dimension includes the components of forward-looking policy-making, rights-orientation and meritocracy, the behavioral dimension including the components of rational rationality, active trust, professional responsibility, work aptitude and the underlying dimension including the components of revolutionary insight, self-reliance and jihadi culture. It is also recommended to take steps to achieve organizational goals by institutionalizing this model in these companies, by promoting jihadi management.
