Public Trust in Public Administration Based on the Teachings of Letter of 25 Nahj al-Balagha
Trust as a concept reflects the perceived validity, competence, legitimacy, and integrity of a person, organization, or entity (Lewellyn & Brookes, 2013, p.19. Hardin (2004). Trust as a matter of knowledge and belief). Morono et al. (2009) believe that trust is an expectation, which forms the core of most definitions of trust (OECD, 2017, p.37).
