One of the most important management complications in the current period is the creation of a gap between managers and public servants with the general public, and the lack of understanding of the real needs of people and the issue of policy-driven non-alignment. One of the executive mechanisms in this regard, which is also considered in Islamic verses and narrations, is field visits and the presence of the manager among the stakeholders, especially the staff and the client. Managers must take advantage of an overriding management style to conduct intrusive visits to their domain and negotiate with the staff and the client without any tangles. This method improves the level of trust between citizens and management and opens up new communication channels. Therefore, managers, in addition to identifying issues through reports and intermediaries, should also face-to-face with community members and organizations in the form of intrusive visits or question-and-answer sessions, and allow people to express their problems without fear and Even if they use bold language in expressing problems, the manager should be modest and heartening their criticisms and issues so that uncensored people can get familiar with the real problems and get the right decisions to solve them.
