The research, which is aimed at designing the transcendence management model for the holy defense combatants, tries to recognize the effective elements in shaping the transcendental personalities of the forces and the way of their effects in a vital and dynamic environment like that of the war. Elaborating the training system governing over the frontier and the effective elements in training and transcendence of the combatants are the achievements of the research. Deep and semi-structured interviews were held with fifteen people of the commanders and combatants of the holy defense period. Using the grounded theory model, concepts and categories of the interviews have been extracted, then, the primary pattern has been deduced through explaining the relations between the concepts and axial categories; and also by using the standardized Straws’ model another conceptual model has been resulted, and it has been narrated by using the “greenhouse” metaphor, at last. Among other achievements of the research are a presentation of a comprehensive classification of the transcendence management of human resources, theoretical bases in spite of current literature, and a new definition of the transcendence management of human resources of the organization.
