Using the interpretive structural modeling, the research was made in order to present and explain the organizational spirituality model in higher education according to the religious and national models. The research is applied in purpose and descriptive of survey type for gathering data to which questionnaire was used. The population is composed of two parts: in the first part a sample of 201 people from among the personnel of Yazd University was selected through random sampling by category method to recognize the effective elements on the organizational spirituality in universities bases on the logic of factor analysis patterns. In the second part ten people from among the university lecturers who were predominant in the subject both theoretically and practically to prioritize the recognized key elements. The results of the factor analysis indicated that ten elements including virtues, spiritual climate, content, structure, leadership, culture, creativity, faith, motivation, and social elements are enumerated as effective elements on the organizational spirituality. The outcomes of the interpretive structural modeling showed that the element of leadership has the most power of influence and the least dependence among the other key elements.
