The article tries to introduce the methods of analyzing moral problems of decision-making processes and the principles governing social values through introducing the meanings and concepts of the ethics, management science, creating primary familiarity, explaining the role of management science in decision-making process, and the necessity of observing moral principles in the process. Finally, the philosophy of ethics and its nature in management science are explained. The research is applied in style, descriptive in method, documentary in methodology for which the data have been gathered by analyzing and deliberating the related texts. The results of the research emphasize on the necessity of utilizing moral values in management science for having better management and making actual decisions based on values of the society. Thus, several methods are offered to the decision-making designers for applying ethics to management.
