The current study has been done to consider the role of Islamic Work Ethics (IWE) and organizational culture on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the staff in Shahid Chamran university. The community is comprised of all of the employees in the university among whom 205 employees were selected by using Cochran formula. The research method is a descriptive– correlation type and standard questionnaires have been used for gathering data.
In order to evaluate the relations between measured and latent variables in the conceptual model, the structural equation model was utilized. The results show that there is a positive and significant correlation between variables. Moreover, the mediator role of organizational commitment in relation with IWE and job satisfaction and also with organizational culture and job satisfaction were approved.
