Sacred defense contains valuable experiences in the field of command and management, which need to be documented and modeled so that it can be transferred to the next generation. Important successes in the holy defense have been the result of collective and team work, but the research problem is that the dimensions of this fact have not been explained. Based on this and considering the importance of the subject in the training of future commanders and managers, considering the successful experiences of commanders and managers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in holy defense and the need to apply this important in order to increase the productivity of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, a research study with the method Thematic analysis has been done. The initial conceptual model has been extracted. The audit of the research has been done based on qualitative research strategies plus the use of a validation questionnaire. The validation questionnaire has been distributed among 17 commanders and managers of the holy defense in a targeted manner using the snowball method until saturation in the meanings is reached. The agreement coefficient of all components was higher than 70%. Based on the detailed explanations of research experts, the model has been modified and completed, and the final model has been extracted and presented. The findings of the research show that the general theme of the working group of commanders and managers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps during the Holy Defense period has 5 organizing themes of flexibility, adaptability, discipline, cohesion and preparation of forces. The innovation of the research is the use of sacred defense literature and the transmission of jihadi culture in group and team work.
