The present study was conducted with the aim of explaining the Jihadi management model at the army level through a mixed exploratory research method. The statistical population of the quantitative part was 350 faculty members, students, managers and staff of Dafos Eja-Army University, and 183 people were selected as a statistical sample using a proportional stratified sampling method based on the Cochran formula. Data were collected through the Delphi technique with a semi-structured and structured questionnaire and through structural equation modeling with a 104-item questionnaire. To determine validity and reliability in the quantitative stage, the necessary studies including acceptability (expert review) and confirmability (expert re-review) were used. In the quantitative stage, the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed in three ways: formal, content and construct. Reliability was estimated and confirmed by three methods: determining the factor loading coefficients of the items, Cronbach's alpha of the components (between 0.76 and 0.929), and composite reliability (between 0.853 and 0.949). Two descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used in SPSS and Smart PLS software to analyze the data. The findings showed that the final model had 4 dimensions (leadership behavior, follower behavior, contextual and structural) and 22 components. The highest priority in terms of performance was related to the structural dimension with an average rank of 2.66, and the fourth priority was related to leadership behavior with an average rank of 2.31. The systematic and methodical explanation of the main and secondary components of "jihadi spirit" as one of the main layers that shape culture for academics (administrators, professors and students) is one of the most important findings of the research.
