Management is the process of effectively and efficiently utilizing material and human resources based on an accepted value system, which is carried out through planning, organizing, mobilizing resources, directing, and controlling operations to achieve predefined objectives. A key aspect of this definition is its foundation on an accepted value system. Thus, one approach to localizing the field of management and utilizing it effectively to address the challenges of the Islamic Revolution is to focus on indigenous values. In this context, Jihadi management, as a model rooted in the Islamic Revolution and based on Iranian-Islamic values combined with contemporary knowledge, has been consistently emphasized by the Supreme Leader of Iran. The authors of this study identified a gap in the literature regarding a leadership style model inspired by Martyr Hassan Tehrani Moghaddam, particularly the lack of research and analysis on this martyr's leadership approach. This research is applied, retrospective, and qualitative in nature. Furthermore, it adopts a non-experimental, descriptive-survey approach for data collection. Methodologically, the study employs a library-based approach to gather information and utilizes thematic analysis for classifying the collected data.By examining various aspects and dimensions of the life of this brave commander, focusing on themes related to the development of his character and leadership traits, the extracted elements are found to be unique and unprecedented. Three key factors in the development of Martyr Tehrani Moghaddam's personality were identified: family, the local mosque, and the Islamic Revolution. Faith and ethics, as the two main outcomes of his upbringing, significantly shaped his leadership character. Martyr Tehrani Moghaddam, with attributes such as loyalty to religious leadership (Wilayat), strategic thinking, heart-centered management, and Jihadi management, presented a comprehensive leadership model that can serve as a guide for managers in today's complex environments.
