With specific goals for the continuation of the Holy Prophet’s revolution of the divine system, the Islamic Revolution stands at high position. The role of its elites and agents is in accordance with the systematic procedure of this movement and the continuance of the revolution will never be possible unless with the persistence of the managers on making progress and achieving excellence only in this way. This basic research follows descriptive-exploratory method for designing "conceptual pattern of the Islamic Revolution knowledge for managers". The research is aimed at identifying and introducing the concepts, categories and meta-categories derived from the data collected from the statements of the founder of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini, in a 21-volume collection called “Sahifeh Imam”, which are to be reviewed entirely until saturation. Three open, axial, selective identification (conceptualization) of the data resulted in 358 propositions, 59 codes and concepts, 20 categories and 6 meta-categories including causal, axial, interventional, strategic, contextual and consequential variables. The concept of "Islamic Revolution knowledge" was pointed as the central category, and the relevant factors were inserted in the obtained model. The components included: revolutionary insight, revolutionary faith and transcendence as the central factors; spiritualism, self-purification, faith in the last day and Islam as the underlying components; revolutionary spirit, determination, revolutionary integration and revolutionary commitment as the strategic components; guarding the revolution, legality, giving service, and Jihadi management as consequential components; revolutionary thinking and revolutionary features as intervening components; revolutionary thinking and revolutionary awareness as causal factors.
