Abstract

From the perspective of the Holy Quran, social life is one of the special features of the world, and before and after it is individual life. The organization is the circle of growth and prosperity of a person, which either brings him to a human position or takes him to a lower position, so that a person does not come to this world and is not included in the society and organization, he does not flourish and remains in the same initial state. The important role that the organization plays in human life requires an answer to the question of what the organization is from the Qur'an's point of view and what is its definition and identity. In order to answer this question, the ijtihad method was used and the words that had a reference to the common concept of the organization, i.e. social order, were extracted, then the meanings and interpretations were made by referring to the similar verses. According to this research, from the point of view of the Holy Quran, contrary to the Platonic and Cartesian approach, the organization has a Virtual existence whose true examples have been represented by the Prophets, peace be upon them, and its example is either the organization of faith in which a person can be superior to the angels, or The organization is a tyranny that lowers the status of a person to the level of an animal. In this approach, the principle of organization and management is one of the essentials and branches of its preservation and protection. Path, religion, nation, Dar al-Salaam, Wilayat, Middle Ummah are among the metaphors used by the Qur'an to explain the concept of organization
