Abstract
The Supreme Leader (Madh Zaleh Al-Ali) while planning the stages of the formation of the Islamic Revolution, which includes the Islamic Revolution, the Islamic system, the Islamic State, the Islamic State and the Islamic Civilization, emphasizes the important role of the officials in the realization of the Islamic State, therefore, one of the strata that can play a role To be effective in this regard is the mobilization of departments; This research is of a fundamental type, with the aim of explaining the dimensions and components of the role of the managers of Basij administrations in order to realize the Islamic state based on the Supreme Leader's list, using the field and library content analysis method. The statistical sample of this research is 20 managers and experts. The Basij Departments Organization is a semi-structured interview using the snowball method, and the relevant codes were analyzed and the results obtained determined the roles of the Departments Basij Organization in seven components of faith, service, justice, economic, legalism, staffing, and endogeneity.
