Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the use and interaction of key concepts of Islamic governance and management in scientific publications in the country, focusing on the journal "Islamic Management" of Imam Hussein University (AS). The research, with a mixed approach and based on lexical content analysis and theme analysis, examined the frequency, conceptual concentration, and co-occurrence network of selected codewords in the period from 1391 to 1403. The concepts studied include Islamic governance and management, Islamic governance, Quran, Nahj al-Balagha, Sharia, Imam Ali (AS), Imam Hussein (AS), Imam Khomeini (RA), Imam Khamenei, Supreme Leader, social capital, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and Martyr Soleimani, Jihadi Management, Islamic Revolution, Islamic Work Ethic, Thematic Analysis, Jihadi Culture, Islamic Leadership and Jihadi Organization. The research method is based on content analysis and text data mining, and the frequency of words, co-occurrence of concepts, and co-occurrence network analysis were performed using NVivo and MAXQDA software. Also, to evaluate the degree of concentration and distribution of concepts, information statistics indicators such as Shannon entropy were used. This combination of methods has enabled the representation of the journal's discursive structure and the relationships between different conceptual layers. The results of extensive analysis show that the journal "Islamic Management" has a specific discursive orientation in which identity-textual sources such as the Quran and Nahj al-Balagha, as well as concepts related to religious leadership, especially Imam Ali (AS), Imam Khomeini (RA), and the Supreme Leader, have a higher conceptual focus than other concepts. Co-occurrence network analysis also shows that "management" and "Islamic management" act as central nodes of the network and connect identity-textual layers, religious leadership, and emerging organizational concepts. In this network, an analytical distinction is observed between "Imam Khamenei" as a religious-intellectual authority and "Supreme Leader" as an institutional-organizational leader, while the combination of these two has the highest co-occurrence with behavioral concepts such as social capital, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior. Also, “Martyr Soleimani” as an objective model of jihadi leadership plays a mediating role between value concepts and organizational actions. Overall, the discourse of the publication has a multilayered but unbalanced structure in which the layers of identity-textuality and religious leadership are dominant, and behavioral-organizational concepts appear more as consequences of Islamic management.
