Clarifying the Mediating Role of Job Self-Efficacy in the Effect of Jihadi Management and Ethical Culture on Readiness for Organizational Change

Abstract

The present study was conducted with the aim of explaining the mediating role of job self-efficacy in the effect of jihadi management and ethical culture on readiness for organizational change in the education management of Maragheh city. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of method. The statistical population of the research includes the administrative and educational staff of the Maragheh Education Management in the number of 453 people, of which 209 people were selected as a statistical sample based on Cochran's formula and randomly selected. The data collection tool in this research includes 4 standard questionnaires. In order to ascertain the existence or non-existence of a causal relationship between the research variables and to check the suitability of the observed data with the conceptual model of the research, the research hypotheses were tested using the structural equation model and the partial least squares method (PLS3). The findings of the research showed that jihadi management and ethical culture have a significant effect on job self-efficacy and readiness for organizational change. In addition, at the 99% confidence level, job self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the effect of jihadi management and ethical culture on readiness for organizational change.
