"Presenting the Model of an Islamic Government Based on the Principles of the Second Step of the Revolution's Statement in Iran"

Abstract

The statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution, which was compiled as a strategic plan by Imam Khamenei on the 40th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic revolution, is known as a vision document for reaching a new Islamic civilization. The aim of the research is to present the model of the Islamic state with an emphasis on his thoughts and the principles of the statement of the second step of the revolution to go through the five stages of Islamic civilization. . The present research method is based on the qualitative content analysis method, which in the first step, the researcher carefully studied the text of the statement and conducted interviews with experts (Delphi) and coded them in Maxqda software to extract and categorize the dimensions, components and indicators related to the main concept (Islamic State model), and in the second step, their validation was done using the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis method. According to the obtained results, the above model has 2 dimensions "officials at the level of the Islamic State and the structure and systems at the level of the Islamic State" and 11 components including "management, vision, scientific, ethical, behavioral, legal, cultural, political, economic, military and fundamental" and 80 indicators in reaching the model of the Islamic State were identified and selected and presented as the main model for the movement, recognition and acquaintance of statesmen, managers and officials at all levels.
