Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior refers to useful behaviors that are not specified in the job description, but are performed by the organization's employees while performing organizational tasks. In behavioral science, various factors have been listed for factors affecting organizational citizenship behavior. A group of these factors refers to individual characteristics that are different in each employee compared to others. Allameh Tabatabai is one of the most effective contemporary Islamic thinkers whose philosophical system has paid special attention to explaining the philosophy of action. The implications of his philosophy of action on the issue of organizational citizenship behavior can create new windows in the science of organizational behavior. . The upcoming research, which is based on a doctoral thesis on the role and functions of attention from Allameh Tabatabai's point of view, in the form of an interdisciplinary research, explains the consequences of the role of people's attention in the formation of their organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, this research is based on the implicit research method, and among the effective findings of this research, we can mention the special role of employees' attention in both the type of behavior and the intensity of behavior.
