Strategies to make the desired organizational culture more efficient based on jihadi management

Abstract

Judiciary is one of the organizations that has continuously tried to improve its organizational culture and it seems to have a more favorable performance based on Jihadi management indicators and if an institution like Judiciary in the field of serving clients, considering God in all matters of judgment, has If the public spirit is not sufficiently favored by the judges and its officials, self-cultivation, correct and accurate use of the treasury, etc., it will gradually lose its popularity among the people. Therefore, the purpose of the current research is the strategies to make the desired organizational culture more efficient based on jihadi management indicators in the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of execution method. The target population of the present research in the qualitative and quantitative part will be professors and experts of organizational management and jihadi management with at least 10 years of experience. The sample size is determined based on the theoretical saturation approach and the sampling method is the snowball method. In order to analyze the data of the interviews, in the qualitative stage, the foundational data theory method is used. The process in the foundation data method includes coding. Also, in the quantitative stage, the validity of interview items based on Imapct Factor and CVR and CVI indicators has been confirmed. Finally, the findings indicate that the strategies to make the desired organizational culture more efficient based on jihadi management indicators in the judiciary are: thinking of deifying things, going to counseling, accepting one's mistakes and making amends, teaching responsibility, teaching respect for each other, and being pleasant. In the workplace, employee training, importance to the treasury, establishing rules, promoting self-confidence, using capacities, promoting employee commitment, developing participation, institutionalizing religious behavior, development thinking, contentment, great effort, proper training for employees and consequences. The absence of a desirable organizational culture based on jihadi management indicators include: wastage of resources, lack of responsibility, lack of godly orientation, lack of self-confidence, lack of attention to participation, lack of respect for each other, bad mood, neglect of religious deeds, neglect of Development, weak relationships, not being popular, neglecting values
