Designing and explaining the training model for young managers based on the statement of the second step of the revolution

Abstract

The present study was conducted with the aim of designing the training pattern of young managers based on the statement of the second step of the revolution. According to the purpose of the research, this research was exploratory and with a qualitative approach based on content analysis. Data collection tools were semi-structured interviews and coding was used to analyze the data. The statistical population included all cultural experts and prominent university professors, 35 of whom participated in this study as a sample. Theoretical (purposive) sampling method and the criterion for its end was the saturation of the themes extracted from the interviews. The basic themes extracted from the interviews in the form of a systematic model consisting of five organizing themes including the input of the young managers training system, the process in the young managers training system, the output of the young managers training system, a favorable environment for training managers and the system process monitoring method. Training managers were categorized. The results indicate that the model of training young managers, in accordance with the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution, requires the adoption of a systemic model consisting of dimensions that all these dimensions seem to be of particular importance.
