Developing the command model of Martyr Qassem Soleimani

Abstract

The collection of actions and honors of Martyr Qassem Soleimani during the forty years of the Islamic Revolution has made him an international figure and a symbol of resistance. Therefore, studying the school of Martyr Qasem Soleimani as a universal and otherworldly school and modeling it for role models by commanders and managers is one of the basic necessities of our society today. With regard to these cases, this study has been written with the aim of "compiling a model of the school of command of Martyr Qassem Soleimani" which examines a library in the biography, lectures, notes and will of the martyr, as well as interviews with experts and using the opinion of experts. From the method of content analysis, the school of this great martyr was identified in five dimensions: "spiritual and value", "individual and behavioral", "command and management", "military" and "effectiveness (functional)", and finally it was concluded that the result Soleimani school is "happiness and martyrdom".
