The purpose of this research is to clarify the question in this question, the main and religious meaning of "trust" in the sense of "trusting God," and "cultural thinking on the sides of the time direction" means "direction to the past, present and future" Decisions in the organizations strategy and how do they affect? The information became fragmented and analyzed from the approach of the form in the manner of taking the floor model among the 261 decision-makers in the selected organizations strategy from Jilan and Zanjan governorates and from the structural neutrality method with the soft electronic machines in SPSS 21 and PLS2 and then distributed. The study benefited from the three standardized form questions called Niknam and Cultural Intelligence and its elements from the National Curriculum (Ang and Colleagues) and the Spotted Matter (Zimbardo), which was rethought by the researcher and by the criterion of four selections for the reduction of study variables and research. In the three forms, the balance was supported by the equivalent of the sub-parable of the Alvarei Kronbach at the level, equal to 85/0, 77/0 and 74/0. The study shows that the three sections of cultural intelligence and three elements affect the future direction of the decision makers. (49%) and cultural intelligence (38%) are more active in the future direction of decision-makers.
