Deliberating Meta-Role Behaviors Based on Islamic Trainings by Systems Approach

Abstract

The aim of this study was to deliberate the meta-function factors based on the Islamic teachings in the higher education institutes by systems approach. To do this, the research community included the Islamic Azad Universities located in district 13. According to the nature of the research and the needed data as the input of the systems analysis, the employees of the cultural departments of the statistical society were selected as the expert group. Data gathering was performed by the researcher-made questionnaires whose validity and reliability were examined by the content validity and test again.Data analysis has been performed via DEMATEL systems method in the form of recognizing and considering the intensity of the interactions of the employees’ behaviorsby using experts’ viewpoints. The findings in the format of mutual impact, between the factors, display thatthe element of “wisdom” with the most level of  outcome of influence, and “chivalry” with the most level of effectiveness have been more important than the other factors. The outcomes of the research clarify very strong interacting and causal impacts of good behavior of the citizenship of the employees who were committed to the religious teachings especially chivalry in terms of “fairness” with behaviors like sacrifice, boldness, chivalry to other meta-function factors.
