Deliberating the Impression of Spirituality on Individuals’ Different Dimensions in Organizations Based on Martyr Motahhari’s Views

Abstract

The article is to study the spiritual impressions through a new look and an Islamic perspective based on the views and thoughts of the great martyr “professor Motahhari”. The article studies the spiritual impressions over the personnel from the fivefold different dimensions: characteristics of personality, moral traits, behavioral characteristics, mental and perceptive specialties, and meta- individual characteristics.  The qualitative-quantitative method including a sample of 110 people and 21 variables was used in the article. First, using content analysis the characteristics under the impression of spirituality were extracted from martyr Motahhary’s books, revised, and pattern classified through focus groups method; then this model was tested by regression method. Finally, the impression of spirituality on all mentioned dimensions was confirmed.
