Abstract
The objective of the research is to recognize and extract the dimensions, elements, and criteria of the God-oriented governance; and to present a proper model for it. The article reviews the literature of the good governance, analyses the elements of the Islamic scholars in this respect, and lay the foundation of framework for designing the God-oriented governance model. The model has been designed in three dimensions and fifteen elements and presented as the suggested model for improving the plans and programs of the Islamic government.
