Deliberating the Relation between the Islamic Work Moral and Job Burnout of the Lecturers of Islamic Free University and Payame Noor University

Abstract
The research deliberates the relation between the Islamic work moral and job burnout. The research kind is survey-correlation and the statistical population included all of the lecturers of Islamic Free University and Payame Noor University in Piranshar among which one hundred and sixty five people were selected as the sample (each university in proportion to its lecturers) and they answered the questionnaires of the Islamic work moral based on Ali’s pattern (1998) and Maslaj job burnout (1981); then, the data were analyzed by Spss software. The outcomes indicated that the relations of the Islamic work moral, accurate work, independence, and social profitability to the job burnout were negative and meaningful. There was not any meaningful relation between humanitarian work and job fatigue. And the Islamic work moral dimensions can foresee 9 percent of job burnout variance.
