Guidance Accepting and Guidance Refusing Hearts from the Holy Quran Viewpoint (Underlining Managers’ Role in Guiding and Modifying Personnel’s Behavior in Organizations)

Abstract

The article is to figure on studying the usage of the heart and its acceptance of the Divine guidance in the holy Quran through deliberating the verses of the Quran-e-Kareem. Heart is among the entrances of receiving and conceiving the Divine lights in which Allah, the Almighty, has set such a potential capacity that it is the storage of the endless knowledge of the universe. Furthermore, this Divine gift is so created that it will become annoyed with the smallest cause of deviation, negligence, or offence to the extent that it will overturn; and for the intensity of obstinacy it will be sealed with hardheartedness and refusal of the right. The nature of the heart, its value, the degree of being affected by behaviors, heart safety and diseases, and various usages of the heart in the holy Quran; besides, the Islamic management specific look to man, not as a tool, but as a being who is searching for perfection are among the issues which are discussed in the article. After searching the Divine verses, we found out there are different kinds of hearts accepting and refusing guidance in various forms and names and traits in the holy Quran that any of them is the origin of a special individual and social behavior; and it is necessary for the managers not to neglect the origins of the personnel’s behaviors according to this viewpoint. This research is applied and problem-oriented in kind, data gathering method is based on desk research and taking slips. The research is descriptive in nature and religious in subject and credibility.
