Deliberating the Relationship between Perceived Organizational Justice Based on the Nahjul Balagha Teachings with Organizational Citizen Behavior (Case Study: Isfahan University Staff)

Abstract

It has been tried to deliberate the organizational justice influence based on the Nahjul Balagha teachings along with its four dimensions including distributive, procedural, interpersonal, and informative justice as independent variable, and organizational citizen behavior as dependent variable among the employees of Isfahan University in this research. The research population included about 800 people of the staff of Isfahan Universityfrom which 170 people were selected through the simple random sampling method. To assess the organizational justice based on the Nahjul Balagha teachings, the researcher-made questionnaire was applied and to assess the organizational citizen behavior the organ questionnaire was used. To analyze the data Pierson’s coefficient correlation with Spss software and the structural equations with Amos software were employed. The results of the research displayed that the organizational justice, in general, and its three dimensions including distributive, procedural, and interpersonal ones based on the Nahjul Balagha teachings have a positive and meaningful relationship with the organizational citizen behavior, but no positive and meaningful relationship was observrd between the informative justice and the organizational citizen behavior.
