Abstract
The research wad performed to elaborate the Islamic work ethics with job performance, job satisfaction, and job breach intention. There were 310 participants from among the employees of the national oil company of oil zones of the south- Ahwaz region who were selected by stratified random sampling method. The research method is correlation. The standard questionnaires were used to gather the data. The correlation and regression analysis methods were used to analyze the data. The results displayed that the Islamic work ethics has a positive relation with job performance and job satisfaction, whereas it has negative significant relation with job breach intention. The consequences indicate that the high levels o the Islamic work ethics lead to positive outcomes for the organizations.
