Comparative Deliberation of Distributional and Procedural Justice Indicators in the Organization from the Islamic and Western Management Viewpoints

Abstract

The present research has been done to identify and extract the distributional and procedural justice indicators in the organization with the Islamic approach and to compare them with those of the present (western) ones.Thus, the research method had been, in terms of data, qualitative; in terms of conclusion, applied; in terms of purpose, explorative, besides, regarding the need of inferring from the most original source for religious jurisprudence , that is, the holy Quran, from among different qualitative research strategies the “ content analysis with jurisprudential-inferring approach “ strategy was used. To gather data Rahnama, Noor, and Almizan interpretations were employed.All verses were studied and encodedwhose interpretations were related to justice, cruelty and related words. The results of the data analysis indicated that the distributional and procedural justice based on the Islamic approach have been composed of 16 and 18 concepts(indicators) respectively. Furthermore, the results of the indicators comparison showed that the distributional and procedural justice extracted from the Islamic approachyield a more complete and comprehensive framework in relation to the present(western) approach for appraisingthe distributional and procedural justice in organizations.
