The Mediation Role of Organizational Justice on Strategic Approach in Human Resource Maintenance System and Organizational Commitment of the Employees

Abstract
Considering the advantageous role of human resource maintenance, the researchers conducted a study on mediation role of feeling social justice on the relation of strategic approach to human resource maintenance and organizational commitment of the employees in a public organization. Three hypotheses were developed to explain this relation, all of which were confirmed by field study. Using path analysis, the direct effect coefficient and general effect coefficient and the direction of interaction among the variables were calculated.
