Abstract

While explaining different aspect of organizational justice, its indicators including distribution, procedure and process justice were derived from Imam Ali's letter to Malik Ashtar. Its practicability is investigated through a three-hypothesis research at University of Arts in Isfahan.
This research follows a descriptive-survey method, the hypotheses of which are investigated by a researcher-maid 45-question questionnaire having been tested in the same university. 110 subjects were selected from among the statistical population of  252 people who answered the questions. The classification of the sample group was according to stratified random sampling using inferential statistical methods such as univariate t-test, correlation t, multivariate analysis, MANOVA, as well as LSD test.
The results indicated that according to the attributes of Nahjolbalaghah, distribution justice was performed less than process justice. In its turn, process justice was performed less than that of procedural justice. It was also indicated that the factor of education was critically influential. It was also declared that the more the subjects were educated, the less they felt that justice was performed in the University of Arts.
