Trust is a key element in human relation which connects people to one another and reinforces their communication at all levels and aspects. Trust can be defined as a mutual agreement between people to reach to shared objectives. Lack of trust plays an important negative role in leadership. A number of factors are influential in the creation, maintenance, and promotion of trust. Furthermore, there are various aspects and levels for trust, which will be dealt with in this research. Trust model in martyr Motahhari's thought cover a four-fold relation. Using descriptive research method and employing content analysis, this piece of research intends to extract his idea about trust. Martyr Motahhari's idea about trust is classified into four types. They include trust in God, trust in others, trust in oneself (self-reliance), and trust in the nature. Some implications of these in management are presented in this research.
