Abstract
Management is the process of performing related tasks. In the nature and content of these tasks, there are mechanisms by which each task is performed and communicates with other tasks. Management schools seek out strong concepts and principles so that they can ensure efficiency and productivity through management functions in organizations. Each of the schools in management, relying on a central element, has tried to organize the functions of management around that axis and to implement management operations based on it throughout the organization.
