Crises and disasters can cause great damage and lead to widespread and systematic disruptions in all parts of society at different levels of organization, local, national and international. Earthquakes, floods, droughts, terrorism, and other hazards kill tens of thousands of people, injure hundreds of thousands, and cost billions of dollars in economic losses every year around the world. Of course, these phenomena can also be a force for constructive change, growth and modernization. Crisis can cause rapid transformation of institutions, changes in societies, ecosystems, reduced economic stability, and even widespread changes in the beliefs of individuals in society. Crises and disasters have always been associated with human life, surprising companies and organizations, and creating milestones in the history of nations.

The collection of actions and honors of Martyr Qassem Soleimani during the forty years of the Islamic Revolution has made him an international figure and a symbol of resistance. Therefore, studying the school of Martyr Qasem Soleimani as a universal and otherworldly school and modeling it for role models by commanders and managers is one of the basic necessities of our society today. With regard to these cases, this study has been written with the aim of "compiling a model of the school of command of Martyr Qassem Soleimani" which examines a library in the biography, lectures, notes and will of the martyr, as well as interviews with experts and using the opinion of experts. From the method of content analysis, the school of this great martyr was identified in five dimensions: "spiritual and value", "individual and behavioral", "command and management", "military" and "effectiveness (functional)", and finally it was concluded that the result Soleimani school is "happiness and martyrdom".

This research is intended to identify the requirements of advisory decision making based on the Islamic teachings. Studies show that despite the favorable benefits of consultation in decision making, sometimes, it does not lead to favorable results; therefore, it seems that some provisions ought to be fulfilled for leading it to a desirable end. The main question of this research concerns the requirements of advisory decision making based on Islamic teachings. Actually, the question is: “What criteria have to be adhered for leading managers to consultation in decision making to achieve the desired results and to improve material and spiritual performance?” Inductive content analysis method was used to answer the question. The findings indicated that the most important requirements of advisory decision making in Islamic teachings are: considering the religious forbiddances against consultation, protection of privacy, spiritual connections, considering the qualities of counselors, purposeful selection of ideas, ability in decision making and performance. The results also showed that some Islamic requirements are present in the management principles; yet, they are more extensive in Islamic teachings. A number of Islamic requirements are fundamentally in contrast with, or even absent in, managerial bases. Some Islamic requirements are not inconsistent with the principles of management, but they have been neglected in the views of management experts.

This qualitative and strategic historical-descriptive research, is intended to design the decision making model of the commanders of the Sarallah 41st Division as a line breaker division. Hence, ten commanders of this division were interviewed. The results were analyzed through grounded theory, which ended in concepts and categories. The decision making model of the commanders of this division was designed by identifying the relations between concepts and central categories by following the standardized model of Strauss. It was compared with theory of activity, which is an analytical and efficient tool, for having a deeper study of the issue and expressing its innovation position and providing a better description. As a result, six main categories and a single core category were identified through data analysis. They included military and strategic thinking of commanders, planning maneuvers and operations, reconnaissance operations, combat intelligence network, consultation, decision-making outcome, commanders' indigenous decision-making. A general consideration of the research results indicate that the decision-making model of commanders has been influenced by the experience of Khyber and Badr operations, commanders’ intellect, accurate information, thought analysis, and the use of commanders' military experience for achieving decisive victory.

This research is aimed at designing and explaining the strategic model for women's career development in public organizations with an emphasis on the Islamic-Iranian lifestyle. This mixed research follows qualitative and quantitative approach using content analysis and survey method. Questionnaires and semi-structured interviews are employed for data collection. The statistical sample includes 83 experienced managers of the administrative system and professors in the content analysis method. Using target-based sampling and survey method, 305 women working in the administrative institutes of the Reform Matrix of Hamadan Province are selected at this stage through simple random sampling method. Structural equations model and PLS software are used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between women's readiness for promotion as senior managers, receiving support from law, receiving organizational support, Iranian Islamic lifestyle, and women's career development in public organizations. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between cultural-social contexts, individual-family contexts, organizational contexts, and women's readiness to rise to a senior managerial job. Finally, the strategic model of women's career development with emphasis on the Islamic-Iranian lifestyle is presented consistent with the results of testing the hypotheses.

According to the Islamic culture and civilization, tourism is deeply linked to Islamic thought and belief. It is one of the most profitable industries in the international fields and an important way for producing income and getting out of economic challenges of the local, national, regional, and international situations. Because the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) is placed in Mashhad, it has a substantial capacity to attract religious tourists; yet, in recent decades, the number of pilgrims and tourists has increased, but their average stay in the city has decreased. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the attraction and retention of religious tourists in Mashhad metropolis. In order to achieve this goal, the qualitative research method and grounded theory of Glaser’s approach have been employed. In this regard, the opinion of experts on the effective factors on attracting and retaining religious tourists in Mashhad metropolis were collected by semi-structured interviews. Through grounded method, they were categorized into open, selective and theoretical codes inferred from the identified concepts. The results of twelve interviews and reviewing and interpreting the data, led the researchers to 37 initial identifiers in the form of twelve sub-categories in five main categories including the characteristics of the destinations of the tourists and host community, tourist destination management, the characteristics and needs of pilgrims or religious tourists and the features of their travelling. Finally, the model of factors affecting the attraction and retention of religious tourists in Mashhad metropolis was presented, and the relations among categories were explained.

Intellectual capital is the knowledge, experience and information present in organizations for creating value defined as covert assets and resources available in the organization. These resources can be transferred to products, services and processes for improving culture and for creating values. This research has identified the main dimensions and the main indicators of the culture of intellectual capital in Iranian universities, and has analyzed them using interpretive structural modeling. This is an applied research which follows descriptive survey methods for data collection. First, the dimensions and indicators of the culture of intellectual capital were identified based on content analysis and comparison between the related researches.
