To do this, it has been tried, in addition to recognizing and classifying challenges ofjehadic management, these challenges and damagesto be classified in three structural, behavioral, and background branches in the research, on the one hand;and the fulfilment of the jehadic management requirements in four dimensions of approach, management, man, and structure to be determined, on the other. The method of the research is of applied kind and it is survey-descriptive, in nature. Two kinds of questionnaire haven used in this research. The validity of the questionnaires have been approved by university professors and research experts. The validity of the challenges questionnaire is 0.85 and that of the requirements is 0.88.Repetitive testswere used for ranking and determining the importance of dimensions and indices in challenges and requirements. The population is composed of managers and experts of the Islamic revolutionary institutes and cultural organs. The outcomes indicate that behavioral (89.29), background(85.42),and structural(81.95) challenges are of much more importance, respectively; so they should be managed appropriately. In the second part, requirements of executing jehadic management, also managerial (89.15), human (81.87), approach (79.37), and structural (76.40)requirements enjoin priorities from 1 to 4, respectively. At last, some suggestions and courses of action are introduced for achieving revolutionary and jehadic management in the organizations of the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially those organs which enjoin institutional backgrounds.

In the article, the letter 46 of hazrat Ameerul Momineen Imam Ali (A.S.)was deliberated by using an interpretational and inferential method. Research questions are: What are the managerial points in the letter? How is the pattern of issuing instructions based on the contents of the letter? Deliberating the letter and comparing its contents with some texts of the current management led to a lot of managerial points some of which are as follow: remembering Allah, the Exalted, in all positions, preserving the religion, paying attention to the internal and external environment of the organization, motivating the lower status managers, recognizing favorable and unfavorable behaviors and their consequences, observing the Islamic morals as humility, broad face in managing, effectiveness of leadership style, observing human relations based on justice and equity, morale of willingness to serve, … . By observing these points, managers of the Islamic society can be successful and play an important role for the transcendence of the organization as well as that of the society.

The research has been made to identify the elements of the model of services quality in managing mosques which composes the output sector of the effective performance system of the mosque. The methodology in designing the conceptual pattern of the research is based on Guivi’s research model and Quivy & Campenhoudt And the method of confirming the formulated model of the research is the method of Delphi. Different scientific and religious sources have been used for gathering data. The main dimensions of services quality of the mosque, which were identified in the research, are: interaction, reliability of saying prayers, availability, executives’ quality, quality of apparent elements, and variety of services. Continuing the process, interaction dimension was analyzed into nine indicators, reliability of saying prayers dimension into five, availability dimension into four, executives’ quality dimension into four, tangibles dimension into nine, and variety of services dimension into five indicators. According to the experts’ viewpoints and with the help of Freidman’s ranking test the most important and effective element in services quality of the mosque is the saying prayers quality. The dimensions of the tangibles and variety of services have the least importance in this model.

The research has been done with the aim of determining effects and consequences of jealousy, moderation, and wasting. To achieve such important goal the concepts of jealousy, moderation, and wasting were studied according to the Islamic texts whose results led to the effects and consequences of the behaviors of jealousy, moderation, and wasting. The effects and consequences of these three-fold behaviors were organized in the frame of a four-level assessment pattern including the concepts of “jealousy, moderation, and wasting”, the dimensions of “personal-social”, “worldly-heavenly” factors, and indices. 140 consequences were obtained for three-fold behaviors. Jealousy, moderation, and wasting allocate %31, %43, and %26 of the quantitative outcomes to themselves respectively. From the whole results %83 are personal and %17 are social. Also, from the whole results %81 are worldly and %19 are heavenly. The outcomes of the research display that not only most of the outcomes of the three-fold behaviors are personal (jealousy with personal results %84, moderation with personal results %82, and wasting with personal results %84), but also, as the research structural pattern indicates, all of the three-fold behaviors outcomes, whether in this world (impressed by worldly social consequences) or in the hereafter ( impressed by personal worldly consequences and social heavenly consequences), come back to the person himself, finally.

The outcomes indicate that in the proper local taxes system of Tehran municipality objectives, strategies, and policies of taxes income sources as the inputs; managerial, main and backingprocesses of taxes income sources as the processes; and efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholders satisfaction of taxes income as outputs are important. Thus, regarding the shortages of providing income sources and legal obligations for achieving the outlook andruling of theIslamic values in Tehran, measures should be taken to design and enforce the proper income system. Some suggestions have been made in the same direction.

Workers’ rights and their related subjects are among the affairs that seem, in the first glance, to be exposed in the western law for the first time and they are not of long records in the Islamic and jurisprudential texts, but a careful study in the Islamic sources indicates that centuries before the development of the concept of workers’ law in the west, exposing basic law for workers, Islam has regarded such a high position for this stratum that is not seen in any human schools of thought. This research has been made to prove this claim, to deliberate different kinds of workers’ rights in the Imamiyeh (Shiite) jurisprudence, and to elaborate Imam Khomeini’s (pbuh) distinguished viewpoints in this field. The deliberation of his viewpoints about the workers’ positions and rights is of special importance in recognizing the Islamic government approach, because he was a skilful jurisprudent as well as a person who knew Islam and undertook the leadership of the Islamic society practically.
